AR Manager is a centralized, digital hub where billers organize, manage, track, and ultimately resolve outstanding, unpaid insurance claims.

It will improve the effectiveness of your billers when dealing with aged claims, resulting in improved AR, better financials, and greater visibility into your billing operations.

CLAIM SCRUBBER

Claim Scrubber is an eyecare specific, cloud-based solution that analyzes insurance claims for accuracy before the biller submits them to your clearinghouse or payers.

Increased claim accuracy reduces rejections and denials, decreasing the time it takes to get paid, improving AR, and reducing write offs.

OneSpot, in conjunction with IDOC, has designed an IDOC exclusive Early Adopter Program, limited to 25 IDOC practices. The EAP is intended to leverage the power of a community of practices all committed to improving the performance of their insurance billing operations.

BENEFITS OF EAP PARTICIPATION

Practices that participate in the OneSpot EAP will receive:

Early access to OneSpot software.
Full use of the OneSpot application at no charge during the two-month EAP.
On-boarding resources and training tailored specifically to the IDOC-EAP group.
Access to the OneSpot IDOC-EAP Facebook group in which EAP participants can ask questions, compare notes, and share thoughts.
Direct access to the OneSpot product team to help shape the application.
50% discount on OneSpot fees for 3 months after the EAP.
Double customer referral rewards for 12 months after the EAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EAP PARTICIPATION

Participation in the IDOC-EAP requires:

Approval by doctor/owner.
Assigning a staff person/office manager to be responsible for the OneSpot use and evaluation.
Commitment to use OneSpot in the practice consistently for the two-month EAP period.
Providing weekly feedback on the OneSpot application during the EAP.
Participating in bi-weekly IDOC-EAP status calls with the OneSpot product manager.
